Was z\u00e4hlt, is \u201eKung-Fu\u201c, die gut gemachte Arbeit. Man f\u00e4ngt mit den einfachen Dingen an: mit richtigem Stehen, Bewegen, Gehen, Sehen, Atmen. Man lernt nicht nur durch Fragen oder Lesen, sondern man erf\u00e4hrt vor allem durch Tun, durch sich-M\u00fche-geben. Dies ist die Philosophie des Kung-Fu und die Aufgabe der SiuNimTao. Der Sch\u00fcler soll jede Bewegung dieser WT-Form so gut wie m\u00f6glich ausf\u00fchren, er soll die Bewegung denken, soll selbst zu der Bewegung werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Drei Lehren, eine Familie<\/h3>\n<p>Konfuzianismus, Taoismus und Buddhismus, drei teilweise widerspr\u00fcchliche Philosophien gaben dem WT den geistigen Hintergrund: Konfuzianismus steht f\u00fcr das wechselseitige Treue- und Respektverh\u00e4ltnis von Sch\u00fcler und Lehrer sowie f\u00fcr die Unterrichtsweise; Taoismus f\u00fcr das kluge Nachgeben, f\u00fcr die Harmonie zwischen Gegens\u00e4tzen; Buddhismus f\u00fcr unerm\u00fcdliches, konzentriertes \u00dcben und die Einstellung im Kampf. Der Taoismus beeinflusste die Techniken des WT in hohem Ma\u00dfe. Beim WingTsun geht es nicht um akademisches Wissen, sondern um intuitives Erfahren, um K\u00f6nnen. Deshalb ist es oft n\u00f6tig, den Sch\u00fcler, der durch B\u00fccherwissen zu kopflastig wurde, aus den Wolken zu holen.<\/p>\n<p>Wissen ist im WT nicht Macht. Nur K\u00f6nnen hilft uns, eine gef\u00e4hrliche Situation zu meistern. Siddharta Buddha wurde ca. 500 v. Chr. in Nepal geboren und lehrte, dass Leben Leiden ist, alles zeitlich ist, alles vergeht, aufh\u00f6rt zu bestehen. Das einzig Sichere ist der Tod. Der Buddhismus kennt viele verschiedene Schulen. F\u00fcr die chinesische Kampfkunst ist vor allem der Chan-Buddhismus von unmittelbarer Bedeutung.<\/p>\n<p>Ca. 520 n. Chr. brachte Boddhidharma den Buddhismus nach China. Die Chan-Schule lehnt jedes rationale Denken ab und findet die h\u00f6chste Wahrheit und den Sinn des Daseins in der Meditation. Der Mensch muss seine Mitte finden. Durch paradoxe Antworten und Fragen versucht der Lehrer, den Sch\u00fcler zu der Einsicht zu bringen, dass logisches Denken in diesem Fall hinderlich ist. Rationales Denken steht im WT auch dem Erlernen des ChiSao entgegen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Einfluss des Buddhismus auf Kung-Fu ist vielerorts sp\u00fcrbar. Das Training selbst ist Leiden, der Sch\u00fcler muss geduldig unter Schmerzen tiefe Stellungen halten, er muss seinen K\u00f6rper abh\u00e4rten. Beim Unterricht muss er das kleinste Detail einer Bewegung beachten. Der Sch\u00fcler lernt eine Bewegung nach der anderen. So soll er sich z.B. im WingTsun beim \u00dcben der SiuNimTao (eine Meditation im Stand) jeweils nur eine \u201ekleine Idee\u201c machen, d.h. sich stets v\u00f6llig auf die kleine Bewegung konzentrieren, die er gerade ausf\u00fchrt. Er soll noch nicht an die darauffolgende Bewegung oder gar an die praktische Bedeutung der gerade ge\u00fcbten Technik denken. Gerade die SiuNimTao ist stark buddhistisch beeinflusst, was man ja allein durch die \u201edreifache Verehrung Buddhas\u201c (WuSao) im dritten Satz des SNT erkennt.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem soll der Buddhismus dem Sch\u00fcler auch die richtige Einstellung (kein Gedanke an Sieg oder Niederlage) zum Kampf geben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Du m\u00f6chtest mehr Infos? Der chinesische Weise LaoTse benutzte in seiner Gedichtsammlung (Tao Te King) den Begriff Tao (Weg) zum ersten Mal. Es geht um einen Lebensweg, den man wirklich gehen muss, um ihn zu erfahren. Von anderen (z.B. Lehrern) gegangene Pfade, fixierte schriftliche Lehren f\u00fchren zu keinem Erfolg. Allein pers\u00f6nlicher Unterricht bringt die Erkenntnis.<\/p>\n<p>Im Einklang mit der Natur soll der Mensch leben und sich selbst als Teil dieser Natur verstehen (Mensch = Mikrokosmos, Natur = Makrokosmos).<\/p>\n<p>LaoTse sagte, es sei falsch, Kraft mit Kraft zu begegnen. Ist die gegnerische Kraft gr\u00f6\u00dfer (als die eigene), sei es besser, erst einmal nachzugeben, um dem Gegner die Balance zu rauben und dessen \u00fcberlegene Kraft gegen ihn selbst anzuwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kampfprinzipien des WingTsun (Nachgeben, Aufnehmen der gegnerischen Kraft, keine Kraft gegen die \u00fcberlegene Kraft des Gegners einsetzen, WuWei, usw.) sowie deren Manifestationen (die ChiSao-Verformungen, passive Wendung, usw.) lassen noch deutliche erkennen, welche Philosophie beim Ursprung des WT-Systems Pate gestanden hat.<\/p>\n<p>Der Taoismus gibt seinem Anh\u00e4nger Ratschl\u00e4ge f\u00fcr das t\u00e4gliche Leben und lehrt ihn, wie man seine Lebensenergien frei macht und st\u00f6rungsfrei zirkulieren l\u00e4sst, wie man seine Ziele gegen\u00fcber St\u00f6rungsversuchen von Gegnern erfolgreich erreicht, wie man seine k\u00f6rperlichen und geistigen Kr\u00e4fte gesund erh\u00e4lt und st\u00e4rkt. Chr. geboren) ist sicherlich einer der einflussreichsten chinesischen Denker und Philosophen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ideal des Konfuzianismus: Der Weise zeichnet sich aus durch Selbstdisziplin, sittlichen Ernst, Verantwortungsgef\u00fchl und Ehrlichkeit gegen\u00fcber den Mitmenschen. Obwohl er finanziellen Wohlstand und soziale Stellung erstrebt, macht er sich nicht von diesen Dingen abh\u00e4ngig, sondern ist stets bereit, sie aufzugeben, wenn es seine moralischen Grunds\u00e4tze erfordern.<\/p>\n<p>Im Mittelpunkt des konfuzianischen Denkens steht der Mensch. Konfuzius glaubte, dass es sehr wichtig sei, durch Vermehrung und Verbesserung des \u00f6ffentlichen Unterrichtes den Charakter des Menschen und damit des Volkes zu bilden und dadurch den Staat und die Gesellschaft zu st\u00e4rken und zu sichern. Das gute Vorbild des Lehrers soll den Sch\u00fcler leiten. Der Weise unterrichtet sich selbst (autodidaktisch), um als Beispiel f\u00fcr die anderen zu dienen.<\/p>\n<p>Jeder respektiert den anderen: Gro\u00dfen Wert legte Konfuzius darauf, dass der J\u00fcngere, Untergebene dem \u00c4lteren, Vorgesetzten Respekt und Achtung entgegenbringt. So entspricht der G\u00fcte des K\u00f6nigs die Treue des Untertanen, der Liebe des Vaters die des Sohnes, die Zuwendung des \u00c4lteren der Dankbarkeit und Ehrfurcht des J\u00fcngeren.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Wechselwirkung wird auch auf dem Gebiet des Kung-Fu deutlich. Etwas im klassischen Verh\u00e4ltnis von SiFu \u2013 ToDai oder SiHing \u2013 SiDai. Es wird hier also nicht blinder Kadavergehorsam gefordert, sondern jeder akzeptiert seine Rolle und respektiert den anderen in seiner zum gemeinsamen Nutzen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Gefahren des falsch verstandenen Konfuzianismus liegen auf der Hand. W\u00e4hrend der Taoist sich vor Schlitzohrigkeit h\u00fcten muss und der Buddhist vor Weltflucht, muss der Konfuzianist eitle Selbstgef\u00e4lligkeit und unreflektierte konservative Einstellung bek\u00e4mpfen, wenn er sie bei sich selbst entdeckt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Du m\u00f6chtest mehr Infos?
